In December 2005, Dow Golub Berg & Beverly wins whistleblower lawsuit against the
University of Houston. J. Beverly represented Stephen Barth, a professor at the
Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, in a whistleblower case against the University of Houston.
On December 14, 2005, the jury returned a $305,000 verdict in favor of Professor Barth. Click
