Mark R. Zeidman
Mr. Zeidman provides business, transactional, and litigation services to clients in a wide variety of businesses, including construction, manufacturing, and information technology, and acts as outside General Counsel for several privately held entities handling a broad range of their corporate, commercial and employment matters. He is authorized by several large insurance companies to represent clients in matters involving construction accident and defects, product liability claims, insurance coverage issues, and property and casualty claims, and serves as Texas counsel for a large engineering, procurement and construction company handling all toxic torts claims, including asbestos and benzene. Mr. Zeidman has tried lawsuits in Conroe, Corpus Christi, Galveston, Houston, San Antonio, and Waco, and his state-wide practice includes representing clients in multiple Texas counties, including Chambers, Dallas, Duval, Fort Bend, Harris, Hidalgo, Jefferson, Madison, Maverick, McLennan, Montgomery, Nueces, Orange, Starr, and Tarrant.
