Lori L. Marlatt

Lori Marlatt has approximately twenty years experience in the preparation and review of title opinions covering private lands in the state of Texas, including drilling, supplemental and division order title opinions, as well as due diligence work related to oil and gas acquisitions of producing properties. Because of her in-house experience at Apache Corporation, Lori also has experience in the preparation of various exploration and production agreements, such as oil and gas leases, farmout agreements, joint operating agreements, unit designations, drilling contracts, platform leasing agreements, seismic license agreements and other such related instruments, both domestically and in Canada. In addition, she also represented both gas marketing and crude oil marketing clients and reviewed and negotiated agreements related to gas marketing, processing and transportation.

Prior to joining Dow Golub Remels & Beverly as a Staff Attorney, Ms. Marlatt was most recently in-house counsel at Burlington Resources.
