Katherine Morton Gonyea
Katherine Morton Gonyea is experienced in business litigation, mass tort litigation, vaccine litigation, stock fraud and collections.
Ms. Gonyea has served as lead counsel in bench trials and has participated in discovery hearings, mediations, motions for summary judgment, and hearings on applications for temporary restraining orders and injunctions.
Ms. Gonyea is a native Houstonian and grew up on Lake Conroe. She attended St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2003, magna cum laude. While at South Texas College of Law, where she received her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2008, Ms. Gonyea participated in one of the nation’s top trial and appellate advocacy programs. She was a varsity advocate and a Director on the Board of Advocates.
