Bill C. Boyd

Bill Boyd has more than 20 years experience in the preparation of title opinions covering private, state, and federal lands located onshore, in state waters, and on the Outer Continental Shelf. He has utilized this experience in preparing limited opinions required in the due diligence phase of the acquisition of producing oil and gas properties, as well as the customary drilling, supplemental, and division order opinions associated with the exploration and development of oil and gas properties. Bill has extensive experience in the preparation of deeds, purchase and sale agreements, leases, farmout agreements, joint operating agreements, and other documents associated with an oil and gas practice. He also represents land and mineral owners in numerous leasing and related matters.

Bill Boyd is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has made several presentations for the Oklahoma City Landmans Association and the West Houston Landmans Association.

Prior to joining Dow Golub Berg & Beverly, Mr. Boyd was a shareholder in the Oil, Gas, and Energy Resources Section of Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe & Dawson, PC.
